Lee Adams is the oracle of all aspects of health and fitness, he has an amazing knowledge of nutrition, physical and mental fitness. He is always very professional and he has a lovely way with him and is very patient and he is always happy to explain things to me in a way that is easy to understand. His custom made workout plans are always exciting and demanding to do, Lee always pushes me but always within my capabilities. Under his guidance I have lost weight and totally changed my body shape. I have the highest regards for Lee Adams not only as a health and fitness professional but also as a person.

My experience with Lee Adams was life changing. He didn't just give me a handful of exercises to get on with , he listened. I felt comfortable enough to explain my work/life balance and that it needed a change. My diet wasn't great although I was following someones program. But now, both my mental and physical fitness is exactly where I wanted it to be, I understand what foods (calories) suit me and I am in a much better place. I highly recommend dedicated coaching for the human touch as much as the professional. Do it!
