        Following an ear infection and treatment from my GP, I was still struggling to hear and decided to have my ears checked and microsuctioned to alleviate the concerns around this issue. On arrival I was greeted by a lovely Dr who explained the equipment and procedure being used. This was then followed up with a discussion about his findings. This was a painless and very informative procedure that reassured my concerns, with further guidance to aid my full recovery. A service above and beyond my expectations.
