Percy Harrison Optometrists

I paid a visit to Percy Harrison Opticians last week and was really impressed with the service I received. Ellie the Optician was excellent and incredibly thorough. I was there for a contact lense check up and a sight test and was Ellie was incredibly patient and took my lifestyle in to account when recommending contact lenses. As my prescription has changed Hannah, the owner, showed me the range of frames and sunglasses. I was very impressed with what was on offer and liked the way Hannah had carefully curated frames for all styles. I will definitely be moving from my previous opticians as the customer service was amazing and felt very personalised.

Had an eye test today and experienced the very best customer service. Brilliant people who are professional but also very engaging. I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Percy Harrison, on Elm Grove. I've done quite a bit of mystery shopping at opticians, most usually Specsavers. They seem to use locums and sometimes they're brilliant, but sometimes not. My eldest was misdiagnosed with sight problems. Percy Harrison is a little bit of a step back into the past, shop decor wise (I actually like this). However, the optician is fantastic and very dedicated. He is very patient with children. He works for World Vision and helps children abroad. He also tested and identified colour blindness in both my children. He is truly dedicated to Vision and it shows in his approach.
