ASDA Opticians

I purchased my glasses from Specsavers in October. Unfortunately, the other day I sat on them and broke the frames. Today I went to Specsavers in Southsea and asked if they could fix them. I left the glasses with them for 15 minutes. When I returned I was informed that they could not be fixed and a replacement frame would cost 89! No thanks, I said, I'll try elsewhere. I was shopping in Portsmouth Asda when I noticed their opticians. I thought I'd get a second opinion. I went in and asked if my glasses could be fixed. The charming lady I spoke to said she would have a go. A few minutes later, they were fixed! Good as new! She would not take any money from me. Another lady, also charming, showed me some frames similar to mine and explained the Asda prices. A pair like mine was 80 including the lenses. I paid 144 at Specsavers! Next time I need new glasses I will definitely use Asda opticians. Excellent service is provided by friendly, caring staff. Good value for money. I thoroughly recommend Asda opticians.

Popped in on a Saturday afternoon with a damaged nose rest. Both ladies were very happy to help and they replaced both nose rests quickly and without any fuss. Friendly and efficient service

I have seen many different opticians since I started to need glasses, but I can honestly say that ASDA is the best. Their attention to detail, and customer service are second to none. I thoroughly recommend them.

This opticians would be lost without Andrea always professional friendly and will do what she can to help you with your requirements, especially when you have young children as she's the only one at the branch who really deals with face face childrens glasses repairs etc.
