Can't thank the staff at Aquarius enough for the care & support they have shown my Mum. Tich & Larayne are true professionals within their roles, as are all the carers when we visit the home. Communication with any queries is very good. I feel my Mum is in very safe hands.

If I could give -5* to this place I certainly would! Theres a reason their reports say need improvements. Am absolutely disgusted with the lack of respect & treatment for my ill mum.thank god the only day I went to the place was the day I was getting her out of there. Am completely horrified & lost for words on how a certain family member has been treated since the move of my mum also. The management & staff of this care home should be utterly ashamed of themselves!!

Mum and Dad both there together and are really being well looked after Tich the manager could not be more helpful and the staff always seem happy polite and caring.
