        very bad place for apply job they do"nt give shadow in shift and and not training and do"nt tell door number either not information at all for new staff if new staff ask something then no job for them and they do"nt give any info

        Very friendly staff ; very clean ; food is freshly made daily. I would live at this care home when Im older. Carman and David the owners work very hard as do all their staff.

        It's just utterly appalling how the owner David is treating his own staff and the residents! It's no wonder there is a high staff turnover every month. The food fed to the poor souls is way below par as is their daily care. If you're looking to put a loved one into a care home, avoid this place like the plague!

        Waited over an hour for the bluewater representitive to arrive to assess my mum, eventually the Socia Worker phoned for the 3nd or third time to be told the rep was not coming, if this is how they conduct business Its a surprise that they are still open.
