Very poor care home who held my mum until her death and along with Essex Social Services (also Broomfield and Queen Alexandra Hospitals)made sure my mother died. All I got when I visited her was threats of being arrested because I had power of attorney and they used laws to cover up the failings of Essex NHS Trust for Chelmsford.
