        I was sent to work here by my agency and I must say I am appalled. I was treated with disrespect, staff acted as if I was less than them just because I was agency. Jubilee house has no organisation skills, everything is run extremely slowly. No bonding with patients. Rude receptionist who told me not to knock because shes on the phone when I knocked the door, to come in, as I am polite. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a new career path.

        Our mother was very well looked after and treated with respect during her final days. The staff were extremely caring, helpful, considerate and friendly. I would recommend Jubilee House to anyone looking for a place for themselves or loved ones. Thankyou to all the staff. Roger, Terry & Jane

        The care and compassion at jubilee house is excellent ..towards the people in their care and the family visiting ..MY dear mum spent 4 months here before her passing and I have nothing but praise for all the staff who work there especially Cynthia x
