Voyage Care (DCA) Portsmouth

This is the worst company in the South please do not put your loves one in any of there home they are run really bad and dirty, no safety for service users only one person who is trained to give med and evertime you complain they don't do anything about it so please avoid they are always short staffed and service users don't like to see different people in every day as they don't understand but voyage Care don't give a damm as long as they are getting paid for a job there not doing there happy. It is now 7mth on 21st June 2020 and still no better voyage have told social services that they have 3 permanent staff in the hse now and I have asked for Voyage to give me they're names so I know who I'm talking to when I phone the home to talk to my brother but they have told social services they are not willing to tell me who they are in other words they haven't got 3 permanent staff in there at all, I have spoken to my brother 3 times this week and the only staff I have spoken to are bank staff. Oh and I have found out that my brother has been given the wrong medication twice now and the staff and management didn't even bother telling me just tryed to cover it up once again but I found out from a reliable source and when I went to social services they confirmed it just says it all about this company useless and the management don't have a clue what there doing and try to sweep it all under the carpet and hope it goes away.also they have threatened me with court action if I don't stop putting the truth on facebook about them this company is a real joke AVOID AVOID Avoid. I have now had a email off of micheala Ryan on 21 09 20 saying I'm a persistent complainant and if I don't stop complaining on behalf of my brother she will refur me to there legal team lol what a joke then do what your sopose to do and look after the service users properly then you wouldn't have so many complaints all the time and its not just me complaining is it we all carnt be wrong can???.
