All the staff here are really lovely!! and my child has a lovely bond with them all! My child is scheduled for full days but like to bring her in late so I can spend more time with her during the day before I get on with things myself and they are really understanding and cater to this well! The kids go out everyday *weather permitting* Its never easy sending your child to nursery especially if you have been used to having them everyday but my child always leaves this nursery with a smile on her face and that's what's important!

The overall care provided at this nursery is very poor, there is a continuous turnover of staff which is not a stable and great environment for any children. The new nursery manager ( deena) , is far from personable with very little training skills or sympathy for staff. Many of the rooms have many 16-18 yr olds with again with little or no training for junior staff to development creating a stable environment for children. Great at the interview stage but then can slowly bully staff into leaving ? Reduces on paperwork? There are no current Covid testing records by staff, which means that you are placing your child in an unknown environment? i would like to think that the owners of the business would take note of this review, as this is far from a great nursery and they would need to start from the manager downwards to improve the nursery.

Top Tots Day Nursery (located in the John Pounds Centre) has been a life-changing experience for our little girl. All of the ladies in the Pond Room (the baby room) are absolutely wonderful; I cant sing their praises enough. They are kind, helpful and most of all, make your babies feel loved when you have to be busy elsewhere! Its so nice seeing her happy with the girls. Massive shout out and credit due to Tia, Ashleigh, Natalie, Cerys and Shelley who have taken the time to get to know our cheeky munchkin; we know she loves you! Our daughter has absolutely blossomed since attending, and its only been a few months. Sue, the lovely manager, has been unbelievably helpful to us when it comes to our daughter being poorly, or with any questions we might have. The nursery has rallied around Covid measures, including; sanitisers, masks, no-go zones etc. Ive never felt more comfortable leaving my daughter in such capable hands. She is safe, she is happy - what more could you want from a nursery? Excited to see where her Top Tots nursery adventures takes her :)
