Outstanding help from Matt James, the mortgage advisor who oversaw our house purchase. From start to finish he was there answering questions about the whole process, and calming us down when things started to get dificult. At all stages of the house buying process, the service provided was extremely responsive, and Matt was friendly and understanding throughout it all. Couldn't recommend him enough!
