I was recommended this company by my letting agent who I have used for around 8 years or so. On the initial phone conversation they seemed very helpful but this seemed to stop from then on. The business owner Sara is obviously knows her stuff but she over promises and after nearly 3 weeks of waiting for an answer and lots of promises of getting the mortgage details up together I have been told I have not got time to do this as I am going on holiday for 2 weeks and I am not wanting the business. So I have wasted my time. please if you do not have the time to commit to a customer just be upfront and do not waste their time. I to am a business owner with limited free time and you came recommended to me.
