Motorhome Camp

Over the last year, Motorhome Camp have helped us with the purchase and (through unexpected circumstance) the sale of our motorhome. Stephen and Belinda were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the experience. No hesitation recommending Motorhome Camp.

We purchased a Burstner motorhome from Stephen last September. Apologies for the very tardy review! Stephen was the epitome of how we would like a salesperson to be; knowledgeable, courteous, honest and transparent in his dealings with us. We part-exchanged a camper and caravan, and were given fair prices for both. The part-exchanges and purchase went very smoothly. When we inspected the motorhome initially, we asked that a few issues be rectified. These were completed without quibble. While we were using the motorhome, a few other issues arose. Again, these were rectified with courteous efficiency. Andy Bottle, the motorhome technician, really knows his stuff (as do Stephen and Belinda) and he did an excellent job for us. All-in-all, our experience of purchasing a motorhome from Stephen and Belinda was exceptionally positive. They would be our first go to people if we decide to purchase another motorhome. We would highly recommend Motorhome Camp.

Just bought our Ford Duetto from Stephen and their customer care, knowledge and communication is fantastic. Belinda and Scott were so lovely and helpful too. A pleasure to deal with them all and we won't hesitate to go back to them when we upgrade. Thank you

I found Motorhome Camp via an on line advertisement, it just so happened that they had a couple of the type of motorhome I have been looking for. From my initial enquiry email throughout the sale process Belinda has been fantastic at communicating with me, responding extremely quickly to any messages or requests, and helping to arrange viewing, collection and support after the sale. When viewing their vans Stephen was on hand to assist with any questions or information about the motorhomes I was looking at, but he gave us space to take our time looking and considering the decision without any unwanted sales patter or pressure. He was totally genuine and honest making the experience a real pleasure. Once I had chosen to buy a camper from them, the one I wanted needed a few cosmetic bits of work, this was all arranged for me and carried out to an extremely high standard. On the day of collecting the motorhome Stephen was on hand to give a full hand over, and Belinda was around responding to my messages on the day. As some one who works and instructs others in customer service I could not have asked for a better experience. Absolutely wonderful customer service from start to finish, I have no issue recommending them (I already have pointed a friend towards them) and if I ever get to be looking for another motorhome they will be my first port of call. We sold our Campervan through the Brokerage Service that Stephen and Belinda offered the whole process from start to finish was Five Star and Very Professional and we would highly recommend.
