        At the time I met Andy I was lost and had a lot that I was trying to process. I had an initial meeting with Andy and instantly felt at ease, I booked in for a further 9 sessions. Before each session I would find myself wondering what I could say but as soon as I walked in I always felt comfortable enough to spill whatever was going through my mind, I loved Andys honest approach. I was able to look at myself and my situation and understand how to deal with things better. By the end of the 10 sessions Im pleased to say it was the best thing I have ever done. I feel completely renewed and know now how to deal with my feelings. Thank you for everything

        From the first time I meet Andy I felt at ease, so was able to open up and with his help was able to answer the question what Me is all about and that I have a inner Angry Child that was Screaming out for affection. If I need further help I know where to go to and I would recommend Andy to anybody body that needs help. Once again many thanks for your help.
