Bought a C200 estate in April 23. From start to finish Haroon went above and beyond to help me with my purchase and answered any questions I had. The only issue was the car was not valeted when I went to collect but Mercedes have promised to pay for a valet. All in all a great experience.

Danni from service was excellent, she saved my life today and lovely about it. She went all out to diagnose with her team my problem with the car, I called in very late pm but still managed to fix it for me in time to go to France this evening, You have a very professional manner in your dealership too, thank you so much Danni and the techs that fixed it ! I have recently just traded in my GLE 450 AMG for a new A35 AMG and the amazing Stuart Trett made everything so effortless, stress free and an enjoyable experience overall. I have never had a bad experience at Mercedes Benz Portsmouth and this time round it was taken to another level in great customer service and care through the whole process. From the little things of getting some refreshments on arrival, to the unveiling my new car! Stuart made the whole experience one to remember and nothing was ever too much trouble. Even the slight scuff on the wing mirror was professionally taken care of by on-site team member Shane top work!!
