My mum has been at rest here since 2009. It's a beautiful tranquil place and I love visiting here. Would reccomend all aspects from staff to garden.

For the past 16 years my father in law final resting place is at the garden of the sea at Potchester Memorial Gardens. The whole garden was well presented each time we visited. In July this year, we lost my mother in law and yesterday we put her to rest besides my father in law in garden of the sea. It was a dignified event gathering for key members of our family. Our celebrant was Steve Macfarlane who led the prayers and guided us through the event. I must say that he was an excellent celebrant, very thoughtful, caring and compassionate. We are very grateful. Throughout the preparation for the event, Julie Mead from the Memorial Gardens team was very helpful and understanding of our needs. Thank very much for making the event memorable.

Difficult to put into words a 5 star review but it must be done to celebrate the people who have gone before and without whom we would not be the same. They may have been mostly unknown to us but even in a small way, they contributed to the very being of the local area. Long may we remember them for they are all of us.

Plenty of benches to sit and think for a while amongst the beautiful gardens. Lovely pond/rockery. Would like more covered shelters for wet/windy weather though. Love the variety of flowers, plants and trees. Squirrels, birds and local friendly cat all add life so you can't be sad for long.
