Excellent long distance buying experience in every respect. I am located in Argyll in the west of Scotland, so sales executive James Poingdestre kindly made me a very thorough, honest & informative personalised video to show me around the Mazda CX-5 that I was interested in. Always on hand to answer my questions over the phone, he was also able to illustrate to me all optional services available from Snows Mazda once I had decided to purchase the vehicle. He was also able to offer me a fair trade in price for my existing car. Being such a distance from Snows dealership was again no problem, as James arranged delivery of the CX-5 & collection of my trade in for me. All paperwork completed with James promptly & efficiently, my car was delivered meeting all promises & expectations. Fantastic Service, from start to finish. Personalised video of the car I enquired about by James Poingdestre. Viewed the next day after making an appointment and James even stayed late to assist us as we travelled over an hour. Brought the car in question and handover was seamless. Thanks to James and Snows
