Just at the start of my healing journey and soon to be having my third Reiki session with Heather. After 20 years of consideration and curiosity regards Reiki, I finally reached out and haven't looked back. From the moment of initial consultation with Heather, I immediately felt at ease. As with a lot of people seeking out such healing therapies, mine is an incredibly emotional one and I feel a real sense of trust, empathy and understanding with Heather. The surroundings in which the therapies take place are very personal and warming and really add to the security felt within. Personable and professional, Heather Is a real find here in Portsmouth. Had my first reflexology session this week and I cant wait for the next one! I decided to try reflexology after doing some research online, since TTC is making me feel quite anxious and overwhelmed, the treatment really helped me to relax. Heather has created such a peaceful and calm environment in the treatment room, and she has such a calming manner, she made me feel at ease right away. I would recommend :)

I had a reiki and reflexology treatment. I went in feeling anxious and stressed, and left feeling lighter and relaxed. I think with a few more treatments my blocks will be completely clear. Heather has a calming presence and beautiful soul I look forward to our next meeting :)
