As a professional dancer & pilates instructor I have pretty high standards in regards to treatment. It only took one session for me to understand that Mark is top notch. I visited for a full body session along with treating a foot issue. I got immediate relief. Mark is an excellent therapist with rich knowledge on his field. He combines different techniques along with his positive energy. I'm definitely visiting again.

I have scoliosis which has improved immensely having seen Mark regularly! Hes very knowledgeable and puts you at ease. I love the cupping and his persistence!

I was really bad from by back and neck/shoulder was very painful especially at night, not even pain killers were helping...after my massage I can say that I am much better and been able to be in bed all night without having to stand or even sat on it to relieve the pain...Mark is definitely a good professional and definitely recommend him.

I actually cannot recommend Mark enough. He has worked wonders on my neck and shoulders that have really suffered from working at a desk. Not to mention the amazing work he did pre and post me running a marathon that meant I ran pain free - he did far more for me than the physio had done.
