Krav Maga Hampshire

Been training with Ben for 6 months now, best decision that I have done for a while. I feel healthier and more confident that have the skills to defend myself plus learning in a friendly environment is so nice

Due to the job I do I wanted to find something which can help me defend myself in any situation that could arise which could result in me getting injured or worse. I then did a bit of research in the local area to find self defence classes. I found Krav Maga elite and they were doing classes really close to home so I got in touch and arranged some classes to see what it was like. After the 3 classes I really enjoyed I decided to sign up. The instructors are really nice and helpful and have met some lovely people that are also doing the classes . I have been doing the classes for over a year now and I feel more confident in dealing with a situation if it arises in work and also out of work. I highly recommend Krav Maga elite Hampshire

I have been training with KM Elite Portsmouth since January 2020 and I can honestly say it is one of the best decisions I ever made . Excellent Instructors in Ben and Jo who kept us going through this last lockdown with their Zoom classes and now back to outdoor training . Also i have met and trained with great group of people during my time at KM Elite So if you want to get Fit , learn a great Fighting System and meet great people I highly recommend KM Elite Portsmouth .

I have been a student of Krav Maga Elite Hampshire for a little over 2 years now. Fantastic place to train Krav Maga, very friendly atmosphere with no egos. Both Ben and Jo are very knowledgeable, patient and experienced instructors. You will make like minded friends and gain a life skill that will boost your confidence and give you the skills to protect yourself and your friends/family. There are opportunities to go for grading as well as seminars which will focus on a specific type of attack (knives for example) giving you goals to work towards and the chance to further increase your skill set against a wide variety of attacks commonly experienced in the street. Highly recommended to anyone looking to learn self defence that caters to real world, on the street attacks. Getting fit is an added side bonus.

I can't rate this group highly enough. My 13 year old son has developed confidence, strength and focus since he joined the group, and always loves coming. The instructors are professional and understanding, whilst challenging and motivating participants to achieve their very best. I'm so pleased we found this group. Thanks, Ben and Jo!
