Giraffe media are fantastic! They're a great team to work with all marketing created by them has been 10/10. they have been in-charge of the social media marketing and social posts on Instagram and Facebook. highly recommend.

Marketing strategies were unimaginative and underwhelming. Whats more when I explained that the strategies were actually loosing us thousands a month they wouldnt let us out of contract so had to continue to pay them for a service that wasnt working. They eventually let us leave the contract but had to pay a termination fee of thousands. Tried to plead with upper management at this company but they were rude, ignorant and obviously only care about money, not the client.

It's been great working with the team at Giraffe Social Media. Everyone is very helpful, professional and a pleasure to speak to. We've had some technical issues (our fault) in which Giraffe we're able to help us solve quickly. Tyla and Chloe in particular have delivered an exceptional service and I look forward to working with them further!

Weve been working with Giraffe for over a year now and couldnt be happier with the work they ha e down for us. They know how to market our brand at Bromptons Opticians perfectly. During the lockdown, Giraffe were very helpful and flexible with our arrangements and were immediately ready to continue working with us again once we reopened. Our current account manager Laura is wonderful! She is professional and efficient while also being super easy to work with and very friendly too! Seeing our social media presence grow during the time weve worked with Giraffe is fantastic and we look forward to working with them even more in the future
