Sadly my experience wasn't great. While the communication was regular I felt it wasn't always clear. I am a very small business and I took up the offer because of the money back guarantee where if the minimum amount of leads were not found. After the first month there were no leads generated so I was offered what I believed to be a free month but this sadly was not the case, it turned out that by excepting the 'free' extension this effectively invalidated the money back guarantee. While I was given the database upon completion I had no leads generated by the activity. This situation was communicated to them once I realised that I wasn't getting what I believed I signed up for and while they apologised there was no desire to rectify the issue, so I was very surprised when they approached me to give this feedback, clearly there is no connection between disappointed customers and the desire for great Google reviews.

I have been using Proven Concept since May and the results are astounding! Having been skeptical about email marketing, I have had over 260 leads, 60 new corporate clients and they just keep coming! From 5 star hotels to massive, blue chip companies, the response has so positive. I get weekly updates and they are so quick to email responses. It's brilliant value for money! Highly recommend Paul and his fabulous team.
