        Asked to attend their office at a specific time, to then not been seen as was double booked. Over an hour of manual paperwork, very old school, not user friendly and quick as one would expect. Not a great experience, found an easier lender online

Especially Harry, he was really helpful, he explained everything very clearly, and if I got stuck on anything he was there to help. The whole team was great, thankyou all. Especially Harry.
