We were recommended Tracy Gard at Large & Gibson by our estate agent and we weren't disappointed. Our purchase ended up being very protracted, while our sale was relatively straight forward. The attention to detail Tracy gave to the title issues as they arose was painstaking but essential and she explained what was happening as we went along. Ashleigh, Tracy's assistant, was generally our first point of contact and was helpful, quick to respond and friendly to deal with. Would recommend this company.

My husband and I purchased our first home together with the help of Daniel Deathers. Not once did we have to chase Daniel, and he always emailed us back the same day we had any questions. His service was very prompt and professional and we are so glad we chose this firm. They were priced competitively, and although some national telephone based companies may be slightly cheaper, service is everything when it comes to the stressful time of purchasing a home. Daniel quite literally took that stress away, thank you Daniel!
