I am completely shocked and appalled by the service provided to us, if it could even be called that. They delayed sending us initial paperwork, and then didnt contact us for weeks afterwards. Nicole the paralegal was very rude in her tone which was not appreciated. Finally after using their awful third party app Thirdfort, they failed to find my partner and decided to drop us entirely. They are apparently keeping 100 of our money, for which they have provided nothing, and 100% wasted our time. If the seller pula out of this deal, it is their fault. An awful business, do not use this company as I have never had such an appalling experience using any service in the past.

Worked with Hannah on my property purchase and sale which involved a chain. She was by far the best solicitor on the chain. She was recommended by my broker who highlighted Hannah's attentiveness and communication. Hannah was outstanding in her communication throughout the process, always available for a call even after office hours. I had a very difficult buyer for my property and Hannah used her skills to navigate a difficult process. I even used her to pay off my health to buy mortgage for which she didn't charge me anything extra. Cannot recommend Hannah enough and will surely use her form in the future.

Shockingly bad service. Despite chased and phones no response from them. Weve been waiting for one month just for an invoice. Highly cost for poor service. If you are a first time buyer stay away from them.
