        Great customer service and great atmosphere. We got upgraded to a better room upon arrival which was a very nice gesture. Thank you for making my birthday memorable. Everyone loved it.

        Disappointed overall. The screens are glitchy, regularly crash and the equipment needed resetting often. On top of this the Asian woman was rude, in contrast to the very helpful young man. Drinks are incredibly overpriced. Song selection is VERY limited and otherwise you are restricted to the YouTube service, which is advertised but doesn't work. Half the moving heads don't work, most of the language is Asian, despite the useless language setting. Wouldn't go here again, which is a shame as the venue is really well set up and looks great.
