Disgraceful and should have their insurance license withdrawn. 6 weeks of total inactivity post claim. Nothing happened until I formally complained Claim then approved with the wrong figure..which apparently takes 16days to be settled ! The most appalling service. Highly efficient in taking monthly premium is the only positive I can give.

Absolutely "shambolic", service, dealing with claims and changing your policy without letting you knows when you renew one. Is the worst experience I ever had with insurance company, also it was 5 months waiting to process simply claim.

The only reason I'm giving this company 1 stars is the people on the phone seemed genuinely upset and tried to help. Firstly there claims department is the slowest I've ever dealt with, wanted information that was not needed in any way for the claim and even admitted it. They did it to delay the claim, it wasn't even a huge amount. Anyways after this they over double the renewal quote so after all the trouble I cancelled the policy....... or so I thought I did... money out of my account. Nothing at all had been done to cancel the policy and up to 10 days to put it back. We don't have the money they have taken especially not at the moment. Take out an insurance policy with them at your peril, you have been warned.

absolute disgrace of a company. miss sold a policy that we have paid for years to pick out 2 individual words in our policy that now wont cover a vet bill for thousands of pounds. Lady on the phone was unprofessional and rude to say the least. cancelled all pet policys with this shambles of a outfit ! avoid at all costs !
