Petwise Insurance

DO NOT USE! ABSOLUTE SCAM! Refuse to pay out a small claim, making distraught owners who have just lost a beloved pet go through hell, arguing over the phone, being rude and condescending.

I moved my policy to Petwise last October 22 and sadly in December my beloved dog was diagnosed with a serious liver issue and passed away in March 23 Petwise staff been excellent throughout this time. An email when a vets claim has been received and confirmation when paid. Considering I was a new customer they have paid every claim promptly (a considerable amount in a short time) with excellent communication at all times I really cannot thank them enough at what has been a very difficult time and would thoroughly recommend them based on my experience

Went for a policy with pet wise,sadly lost our little dog. Staff at insurers obviously do not talk to each other and I was continually fobbed off with information about my claim and even now they are next to useless and not to be trusted

Do Not Use. Despite having a policy with themselves for years as soon i attempted to claim against he farewell terms in the policy only tohave it refused. Just another insurance company with no decency. An absolute joke.

Very poor service. Take multiple excesses just because they feel they can.
