    Insured my classic car with them via 3rd party broker. Vehicle sustained damage, tried to get the repairs done myself but couldn't find a garage prepared to work on it as parts were no longer available and front subframe was bent, so should have been written off. But in the terms there's a clause to say that if parts are no longer available they may make a cash in lieu payment to repair the vehicle myself......the car that neither they nor I could source the parts for. So now I have a car that's seemingly unrepairable and a claim on my file so my insurance on my other vehicles will increase. Definitely won't use them again.
