Supercover Insurance

This is a scam company and a fraud. They have terrible service and will do everything to avoid and deny your claim. The company replaced my handset with a damaged handset and poor battery. When complained they agreed to send a replacement but would not send the handset first citing terms and conditions. When questioned they lied then agreed that terms and conditions arent clear. See it for your self. Dont waste your money on them. Horrendous service.

Dont know why theyre seems to be a lot of bad reviews about this company. It certainly made me very anxious about making a claim on my iPhones broken screen. All I can say is they are very professional from the original email to the last phone call they were quick to respond. Sent it off on the Monday and it was back on the Friday. Also gave me a option of seeing updates through out the week. The total cost was 50 excess and 8 special delivery from the Royal Mail. Would most definitely recommend this company to others

THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! Long story short I've claimed on two occasions its occasion took 6 weeks to complete and i complained as their turn around is 5days! They appear not to talk to one another. The latest device i claimed 3 months ago and im still waiting - reminding them over and over again and made a formal complaint. DONT TOUCH THEM

Terrible don't waste your money. Paid for almost 2 years to cover laptop when claimed for a fault they looked for an exclusion clause to avoid paying out. Never received policy, don't know how they get away with it should be closed, its fraud! Doubt anyone is covered! STAY AWAY! Cash converters should also stop using this company you are supporting a fraudulent company.
