The company from my experience pride themselves on an exceptional level of service for their clients and strive to ensure continuous improvement where possible. Optamor have been a fantastic in supporting the L&D function within our organisation. They are quick at getting resolutions and have excellent customer service. Tara (our account manager) is AMAZING, there is not an issue too big or too small that she can't handle.
