Today Southern Housing decided to take an additional 250 from my account via my direct debit for no apparent reason and then said it would take up to two weeks to refund me, leaving me short to pay other bills during a cost of living crisis. The customer service and communication form this "business" is atrocious! It took me 4 years to get a repair made which stopped a pest issue in my home.

Customer service is shocking. Waiting hours on the phone cos it doesn't tell you how long you have to wait. They must just have one person working.

I have been receiving letters from this group for five years. One of their clients lived in my address before me. I have called them and returned letters. I have advised them of this error but they continue to send letters. It seems very poor and incompetent and so I am giving them a bad review.

My house is from their company and I am so happy with it , all repairs (if needed ) are done , people are helpful and friendly . Never had any problems . Wish them to have more flats in Hampshire so people can SWAP if allowed . Great job - let's be the best company association in UK
