The girls that showed up had a terrible attitude, nasty comments and unnecessary retching noises, (the whole experience was very unprofessional.) insisting i had a cat when i did not?, repeatedly, even after i said there was no cat., (even in their final letter asking for a review, they bring up this "cat"?.. after i had told her to her face there was none, making me out to be a liar?? well here is your review and i still dont have a cat!!) they did an awful job and my rental check out failed. details they said would be covered like detailing the washing machine trays /seal ect were not done and were part of why my deposit was not fully returned,, as well as smeary glass, counter tops and floors, (everything was smeary) limescale still in shower. also on landlords list of complaint. however, there were NO complaints from the landlord about non existent cat lol. felt like they seemed to think they had something over me, like keeping a pet i was not supposed to have, ( they knew it was a check out, one of the girls asked me if i was moving in or out, i told her we were moving out, when i asked her why she asked she smirked and would not say. obv would have had a mouthfull if i had said i was moving in. (after listening to the retching and snide comments it was obvious) (would not hire again or recommend. expensive headache.) & the name suits them. recommend to your enemies.
