Iris the owner is so friendly and made me very welcome throughout my few days there. Her FE breakfast consisting of Bacon, beans, egg, mushrooms, tomatos, sausages, hash browns and toast was superb although I opted out of the hb's....a bit of black pudding instead of the hash browns would be more my liking. A slight problem with the TV was sorted by the next morning but I spent most days/evenings out so no biggy really. My only gripe is the bed, as I was in the top single ensuite, the bed was a bit too soft for my liking but the sea air got me to sleep in no time. I would definitely stay at iris' again but hopefully in a double - I booked too late otherwise she will try to accommodate if available.
