Mark and the team came highly recommended by neighbours and with very good reason. Every step of the way each member of the team were very friendly, knowledgeable, and demonstrated excellent craftsmanship. Communication was excellent, costs very transparent and disruption absolutely minimal which is no mean feat with a house with 3 young kids! A loft conversion to give an extra bedroom and a storage space. A first class service. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Always ready to answer questions, double check that I was happy, and accommodate ideas and changes as the work progressed. I have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his excellent friendly, highly skilled and experienced team. I am so pleased that we chose a loft conversion specialist with a long track record of building high standard conversions. His team were always polite and courteous and worked so well together. Mark has been great with managing the project, going out of his way to keep the project materials, labour on track during the pandemic, so we didn't have to compromise on the end result which is fantastic.
