Very poor service, very poor communication, all they are worried about is getting payment rather than actually doing the work!

I found this company very professional, courteous and communication was at a very high standard, time keeping was very good. Any issues I had were resolved quickly and different trades persons were very polite and clean. I understand how busy the company is but with patience you eventually get through, would highly recommend.

CS property was appointed by my insurance company to handle a claim: kitchen floor needed to be replaced due flooding, they subcontracted the work to a different company who at the same time subcontracted the work to a different guy. The work was done to poor standards. I called CS to explain we had issues and their response was this is now passed to our subcontractors. I complained to the insurance and at that point CS recognised subcontractors needed to come back to fix the issues, however I had to keep chasing their subcontractors as CS was very unresponsive and hands off. I don't recommend this company.
