I got conditioner it was open i didn't open it or realise that the cashier blame me for opening it
I bought it anyway because I needed conditioner I didn't like the accusation
But next time I'm definitely going to another Superdrug

Most staff seems to always be more busy standing around gossiping than actually help customers. You ask them something and theyll follow you around everywhere in the shop as if you are a thief.
They talk rude about clients in front of other clients as soon as you turn your back to them which is so unprofessional and puts the store to shame.
Shop overall is clean and can find most stuff I need in there all the time but lack or respect and professionalism puts me off from shopping there again.
