I get everything is 19...it says so on the door...but my girl had an inch off the bottom of her hair...an inch...a dry cut...no styling...no washing just an inch off the bottom to tidy it up...and it was still 19!. They used to give reduced rates for kids...I presumed it still stood....got a bit of a shock when got to the till and she said 19...obviously paid it as it's my fault for not checking the rate would be reduced...but come on ...won't be visiting again...shame because my daughter really liked the place...but at that price it's just not do-able for a trim.. HELL, I went to get just a trim, was a windy day so my hair was slightly knotted, the girl who cut my hair you would of thought a hairdresser would use their common sense and brush gently bottom to top in small sections, BUT NO this girl was just combing my hair so hard through the knots breaking my hair in the process. I saw how much hair she had broken off from the aggressive brushing. Like do you brush your own hair like that? She damaged my hair, and my head was in so much pain the whole afternoon from the aggressive brushing, I cant forget the sound of her ripping off my hair NEVER AGAIN!!! And the price keeps going up and staff getting worst!! 20 for a dry trim wow, please spend a little more and go to a proper hair dresser these people theyll ruin your hair!! Hairdressers are all new I wonder if they are actually qualified very unprofessional and immature behaviour from the staff, this place must have new owners its awful now.
