I booked an appointment here for my brother who has quite long hair and hates getting it cut, barbers never do it correctly and Redz is the only salon we have found over the past 9 years that do his hair exactly how he wants it. The hairdressers here are so kind, professional and generally lovely. He gets anxious about going to places on his own but was made to feel welcome and comfortable here. SHOCKING .........TRAINEE DID HALF A HEAD OF HIGHLIGHTS TOOK OVER 4 HOURS .....MESSED IT UP COMPLETELY AS IVE HAD CONFIRMATION FROM ANOTHER STYLIST ......HAD TO HAVE A RED TONER APPLIED.......WHICH MADE MY HAIR LOOK HORRENDOUS ......CHARGED ME 50 QUID FOR THE DISASTER AND THEN I GOT A PARKING TICKET ON TOP OF THAT FOR 70 QUID .........LUCKILY I HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO RECTIFY AS THIS WAS A TRIAL FOR WEDDING HAIR ........I DID WRITE AND COMPLAIN BUT NO REPLY .........DEFFO WONT BE RETURNING ...............
