The Green Room Hairdressers

First time using this hair dressers first impressions was the stylist wasnt a very chatty. She cut quite a bit of my hair off which was what I wanted for but then I also asked for a few blended layers this was the opposite of what I got I have a few random chunky pieces that are short and not blended in the slightest. never usually one to complain and am not fussy with my hair but I was quite disappointed and wasnt worth the 32 price. I was asked how I wanted my hair styling, I said straight it wasnt straightened and was just blow dried got a feeling the stylist had seen her mistake and knew it would be more noticeable if she had straightened it so didnt want to Service: Hairstyling

The most awful experience ever. I spent 4 hours there and left with orange roots and had gone in for ice blonde hair. No one seems to be experienced, all sitting around, no personal interaction. Very expensive and no service. Have to go somewhere else at my expense to rectify. Rang Salon today, no one in to do anything about it. STILL waiting for something to be done!! Service: Hair coloring

Amazed that there are so many good reviews of this place! I booked an appointment on the Green Room website over a week ago - it was my birthday today and really looking forward to having my hair cut and blow dried before an afternoon tea. Got to my appointment today to be told that I wasn't in the diary. First time using this salon and really put off - instead of looking like she cared or even trying to fit me in I was met with attitude, sarcasm that I might have booked the wrong Green Room in Southsea and then offered to rebook my appointment for another day. No use to me as it was my birthday and afternoon tea today. Advice to everyone else - don't book on their website, call instead but be prepared when you get there for a cold and rude reception - really disappointed! Lucky I found another hairdressers today just around the corner, friendly, polite, whet the extra mile and fab service!
