Friendly, relaxing atmosphere. Holly did my highlights, cut and style exactly the way I was hoping. She has a real talent for colour and styling. I recommend salon 21 to anyone who is looking to leave the salon happy with the results! Get your nails done at the same time!

I've had my hair done by Holly about 4 times now, she has always been friendly and helpful. She cuts the best inverted bob I've ever had and my highlights have always been perfect.

I am never one to complain about after my experience with this salon and the rudeness of the phone call I feel I must . When they called me to discuss what problem I had with my hair, I tried explaining she did not give me options or show me a colour chart. The hairdresser Holly would not listen and talked over me. I tried to explain how every other hairdresser has always sat and spoke to me in order to understand what colour was wanted. The conversation ended with holly talking over me and then hanging up on me. She just mixed up a colour without listening and applied 3 rows of foils. She accused me of lying when my daughter spoke to her and said I stripped my hair the eve of leaving the salon instead of owning up to not listening or taking the time and effort into putting in the colour I wanted. The hairdresser also slammed the door in my daughters face when she went to try to resolve this problem, I think this is very childish and I don't appreciate this sort of behaviour from a so called professional. At the end of the day its not about a refund, its about the fact that they were not adult enough to listen or lack of willingness to listen to their client. During my visit they were also taking down about other companies. Salon 21 also charge for anything and everything extra, e.g 15 for long hair. If it is on a Groupon voucher be careful as there are other expenses they charge. Do not recommend.
