Ive been having extentions done for years and I tried this place out. I got a 22 inch weave After 2 months the hair is absolutely frazzled, I always use oil, wash it once a week and take care of it and this has not even helped this hair. I am massively shocked as I politely let them try take action themselves to come up with an outcome fair for both myself and the company but their reply was We do as we should do to run the business as we always be honest about everything, the hair it good quality as the price we do , and been run for over 18 years and I always wanted to do as we should sort if you dont think we doing right. sorry if you dont think the same way an absolute joke as Im now stuck with hair Im not happy with! Avoid this place at all costs!

I came in looking like a rat, and came out looking like a barbie doll. Ms. 'Elegant' has done a fantastic job for me over the last 17 years, and has never ceased to amaze me. I naturally have thin hair, but these extensions have been a life saviour, and has added the volume to my hair that I've always wanted! Definitely would recommend.
