Bill and his team identified several issues with my roof and gave me clear and precise information including pictures and videos before quoting. The work was carried out in a professional and timely manner. Dan and Elliot were punctual, respectful and informative throughout. Above all I found Bill and his employees to be trustworthy. The lads started on Tuesday and finished the following Monday. Total from start to finish was 5 days. They arrived, got on with the job of replacing the complete roof with the minimum of fuss and mess. They returned a couple of days later and cleaned up all the small bits of broken tiles/dust doing a really thorough job. Will and his team did a superb job and cannot be faulted for any aspect of the work and the timely manner in which it was completed.

Bsure roofing repaired our roof last year. I have since contacted them several times by email and phone requesting an invoice and the guarantee for the work carried out. All emails and letters have been ignored and when I've spoken with William he has promised to send them to me in a few days twice and both times failed to do so. I took an opportunity as they were starting work on my neighbours roof to get our roof done. I wish I hadn't but used a company that I had sourced and was confident that they would honour our contract. Service: Roof repair
