Natural Choice gave a very reasonable quote to refurbish our large hall's wooden floor. They also gave us expectations as to what to expect from a badly damaged floor. However, having arrived on time and completing the job within the specified time frame, they exceeded those expectations. Friendly, professional service I would definitely recommend. I had a wooden floor installed by this company, however, immediately after installation we noticed it is extremely slippery. I can slide from one corner of room to another as on an icing ring. I contacted the company on many occasions, by emails and went there personally. They completely ignore me. Couple of months ago I slipped on it and dislocated my shoulder. My cleaner warned me that she is afraid to open the windows as she is scared she will slip and fall out. Also some of my guests slipped on it and now I warn everybody to be careful. I am not happy and currently looking into other options how to remedy the floor. I am extremely disappointed that as a local company they dont care about customers Update: so the company contacted me after writing this review and after weeks of communication and empty promises they advised me to hire an independent inspector to prove how slippery the floor is. So I am facing an additional cost approximately 1500 but I am happy to do it to prove my point.

First class service and advice. Duane in the shop and the fitters, George and Tom, all so helpful and patient. Our floor is fabulous!
