First time back in a long time last Saturday and a massive improvement - service was great - haddock, cod, chips, peas were all freshly cooked and even the gherkin was spot on. Team were really helpful and friendly to everyone who came in!

Ordered from the Eastney branch twice in the space of 2 weeks and on both occasions its resulted in disappointment. Way too expensive compared to what you actually get. Portions sizes in my opinion are not representable to what you order. (Might have something to do with them squeezing multiple items into the boxs. Looks good but does the customer no favours.) My last visit I ordered 2 fish, 2 chips & 2 sausage came to 30.14. Typically I had 30 cash on me and there was no way they was letting me off that 14p. Would have been happy to drop it in later that night but dont think theyd have been happy for me to do it. Well within their rights not to but cant help but feel a little aggrieved. I also only live 5 mins down the road, by the time I got home, everything was stone cold. All in all, cant say Ill be visiting again..
