First day I arrived I found they do not accept card payments so I had to come back next day. Next day I was told the engineer is not on site so they can't deal with me. And they are very expensive anyway. They told me recharging 2kg CO2 extinguisher will cost me 20. The new costs 25 on Amazon. Absolutely rubbish!

The engineer was excellent, had everything sorted within an hour of arrival and made time to give a quick run-through of how to use the fire extinguishers for a couple of our newer members.
