    Nothing ever seems to go right with Condor. On this weeks journey our departure had 4 different times and was then an hour late leaving, our return had our Portsmouth departure cancelled and moved to Poole on another boat at a different time. Good job we're with car and not pedestrians! Awful communication. We have to make the phone calls when random emails turn up. It's always like this. Condor only get away with it because it's the only choice we have. Condor has had me in tears yet again.

    Kept us waiting for hours in the heat, with a dog in our car, due to delays. No information or updates provided and told us to turn our engine off when we turned it on to run the air-con (which is the only reason we wanted to run it). The staff on the ferry itself were very helpful and friendly but the way the company handled the delay was terrible, on one of the hottest days of the year.

    We were booked from Guernsey to Portsmouth in the High speed ferry. There was a last minute change and we were bumped to the slower vessel leaving in the overnight run. There was little communication and we could not get gold of Comdot via the web chat or the phone line for 3 hours. When asking about how to recover the excess charges paid for the high speed ferry and other upgrades paid for up front. We were simply told to find the form on the web site and send in the claim. There was no assurances or info on what we can recover. Then on board the overnight ferry we were treated like we were a being don a favor. At one point I was told that instead of being allowed to visit the dogs in the car. The staff had better tho to do!! Rudeness and lack customer service is the order of the day.
