Not very impressed first time using drive thru. Ordered box meal but 4 sides out of stock so declined side to avoid wasting food and she said I had to have it I didnt have a choice. Then she said shed do 3pc chicken instead on its own, I said thats not just what a box meal contains. Then I said just do the box and give me the side I dont want and she goes no Ill put it through separately, so I ended up paying nearly double and getting less. The chicken was over cooked and the straw was left in the shake so it disintegrated before Id even got home. They should do what McDonalds do and give you the straw separately, not everyone lives 3 mins from a drive thru.
