Placed an order. Waited well over an hour. Just as its due for delivery they sent a text saying the order is cancelled. No explanation and when we tried to call they kept hanging up

Best Chinese takeaway in the area, not had a bad dish from them. We usually phone an order and then it's ready to collect in no time.

Confirmed a large order. Zen cancelled 5 minutes before latest stated delivery time. Had been waiting 50 minutes for the food and ended up with nothing and no explanation. Stay well clear.
