The provisional Head of Studies was rude, she treated the students badly, she was always nervous and lacked the ability to react to solve problems. Many students, because they were young, did not feel capable of complaining, least of all in a language that was not theirs. In my case, moreover, they sold me something that they did not offer, and part of the solution was that they would give me those classes that the Head of Studies did not have, since she was not capable of solving almost anything. Unheard! Furthermore, Tellus' link in Spain was in contradiction with Meridian's own in Portsmouth. Only the teachers who, embarrassed, tried to apologize for the disastrous management are saved. It was chaos and I do not recommend this School of English. (Original) La gestin de esta Academia fue un absoluto desastre. La jefa de Estudios provisional fue maleducada, trataba mal a los alumnos, siempre estaba nerviosa y sin capacidad de reaccin para solucionar los problemas. Muchos alumnos, porque eran jvenes, no se vean capaces de quejarse, y menos en un idioma que no era el suyo. En mi caso, adems, me vendieron algo que no ofrecan, y parte de la solucin fue que me dara esas clases que no tenan la Jefa de Estudios que no era capaz de solucionar casi nada. Inaudito! Adems, el enlace de Tellus en Espaa entraba en contradiccin con la propia Meridian en Portsmouth. Solo se salvan los profesores que, abochornados, intentaban disculparse por la nefasta gestin. Fue un caos y no recomiendo esta School of English.
